Our online courses are delivered through kuraCloud, our secure learning platform. To enjoy a smooth learning experience, please make sure your device and browser meet the requirements below.

Windows Devices

kuraCloud works on Windows 7 or later using the latest versions of:

• Google Chrome

• Mozilla Firefox (including latest ESR)

• Internet Explorer 11 (both desktop and metro versions)

• Microsoft Edge

Note: Windows RT is not supported.

Mac Devices

For Mac OS Mavericks or later, kuraCloud supports:

• Safari

• Google Chrome

• Mozilla Firefox
  (Please note: video playback is not fully optimised in Firefox on Mac)

iOS (Apple Mobile Devices)

Supported Browsers

• Safari

• Latest version of Google Chrome
  (iOS 7.1.2 or later required)

Supported Devices

kuraCloud works best on the following iOS devices:

• iPad 3, iPad 4

• iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3

• iPad Air, iPad Air 2

• iPhone 5C, 5S

• iPhone 6, 6 Plus

Not recommended (performance may vary):

• iPad 2

• iPad Mini

• iPhone 4, 4S, 5

  Please note: Course creation (lesson authoring) is not supported on phones or tablets. This allows us to deliver the best learning experience on desktops and laptops.

Android Devices

kuraCloud supports Android devices running:

• Android 4.4 or later

• Minimum 1.2GHz quad-core CPU

• At least 1GB RAM

Lesson authoring is not supported on mobile or tablet devices. These requirements may be updated as the platform evolves.

Chrome OS (Chromebooks)

Chromebook users can access kuraCloud with:

• Chrome OS version 40 or later

• Minimum 1.8GHz quad-core CPU

• At least 4GB RAM
