Purpose

Accident Investigation and Prevention Course focuses on investigating workplace incidents and driving continuous safety improvement. Learners gain the skills to conduct structured incident investigations, analyse contributing factors, and develop improvement plans that help prevent future incidents.

This course supports learners in moving beyond risk management into long-term safety planning and prevention.
