How Our Online Training Works

Your Step-by-Step Learning Journey

Getting qualified as a Health and Safety Representative is simple, flexible, and fully online. Here’s what to expect from enrolment to certification.

Before you get started, please check the system requirements to make sure your device is compatible

Step 1: Enrol Online

Select your course by clicking the “Enrol Now” button at the top of the page. Complete the enrolment form and make your payment online.

You’ll also have the option to purchase a hard copy certificate for $5, which will be posted to you after successful course completion.

Step 2: Check Your Inbox

After enrolling, you’ll receive three emails:

• A payment receipt

• A welcome email with instructions to begin

• Your course access link sent directly from our online learning platform, KuraCloud

Tip: Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see these emails.

Step 3: Access Your Course

Click the KuraCloud link in your email and create a password to activate your account. Once set up, you can log in anytime at www.kuracloud.com using your email and password.

You’re now ready to start learning!

Step 4: Complete the Learning Modules

Work through the course modules at your own pace. These lessons contain all the learning material and must be completed before you move on to the assessment.

Step 5: Submit Your Assessment

Once you’ve completed the modules, submit your assessment through the platform. You’ll receive your results Achieved or Not Yet Achieved within five working days.

If you’re marked Not Yet Achieved, you’ll receive one free resubmission opportunity for the questions that need improvement.

Step 6: NZQA Credit Upload

After successful completion, we’ll upload your unit standard credits directly to NZQA on your behalf.

Your certificate will be emailed to you directly after your credits appear on your record of learning.

If you selected the hard copy certificate option, it will be posted to the address you provided within 10 business days.

Step 7: You’re Certified

Once your credits are loaded, you are officially trained and certified as a Health and Safety Representative for your workplace ready to make a real impact.
